Custom Made Products:

All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing issue. If you believe your custom product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Pillows:

All pillows are non-refundable.
Exchange is available only if the pillow has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.
